Has anyone suffered from hyponatremia (low sodium level) as a result of PF or cyclophosphamide?

My father was dx PF in 2001 and had a single transplant in 2005. He has been doing fairly well, however he is now is the hospital with a severe hyponatremia and does not recognize anyone. We're trying to figure out the cause and hope that he recovers.

Thanks.

Here's what some other patients had to say about the drug.
Some left e-mail addresses should you want to go more in depth.
Hope that helps.
